Rachel brings to the firm and its clients considerable litigation experience defending corporate clients in a variety of complex litigation. She uses her strong legal writing and advocacy skills to tackle global records management, litigation readiness and data privacy challenges. She is a skilled translator of technology, records management and data privacy concepts so that clients and courts alike can understand and appreciate them.
Rachel is very detail-oriented and has strong project management skills. She is passionate about helping to achieve our clients’ goals of reducing legal risks and costs in the areas of records management, e-discovery and data privacy. Rachel also leads the firm in its commitment to assist pro bono clients.

- Assisted an entertainment industry company in determining its international data privacy requirements, particularly in terms of whistleblowing
