Matt is an Associate Attorney who brings a wealth of both legal and technical expertise to the Daley & Fey LLP team. He combines his degree in computer science and over seven years of practical corporate experience as a Software Engineer and Architect for a major local software company with his law degree and experience to help clients develop and implement practical, cost-effective solutions to e-discovery, records management and data privacy challenges. Before law school, as a Software Engineer, he was responsible for developing both Windows and Web-based applications for several major health care systems throughout the country. These applications assisted users with all aspects of health care electronic medical records management, including reporting and accounting.

As an attorney, Matt’s technical background is instrumental in his protection of clients’ intellectual property rights. He also leverages these skills to assist clients reduce legal risk, contain costs and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, records management and data privacy compliance challenges.
