As the Office Manager of Daley & Fey LLP, Kathy is responsible for all aspects of firm accounting and financial functionality. With more than twenty years experience in accounting and finance, Kathy uses her extensive scope of experience and her strength in organization and analysis to facilitate efficiencies in processes and systems. Kathy’s management experience includes General Accounting, Management Reporting, Capital Appropriations, Internal Controls and Policies and Procedures. Kathy also brings a thorough knowledge of all aspects of accounting and financial functions to Daley & Fey. Her areas of expertise include general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, human resources and insurance.

Kathy also has practical experience with corporate budgeting and analysis as well as implementing and maintaining standards and controls.
