As a Legal Analyst with Daley & Fey LLP, Jessica uses her legal and technology expertise to investigate and analyze complex legal and IT-related issues. She collaborates directly with client IT, Records Management, Legal, Privacy and Compliance representatives to help fashion practical, cost-effective and legally defensible processes. Jessica also has specific experience helping European Union clients navigate the unique challenges posed by the EU Data Protection Directive in the context of electronic discovery, records and information management, information security, data privacy and cross-border transfers of personal data for litigation and regulatory requirements.
Jessica contributes her strong project management skills to help clients streamline their litigation response strategies and tools. And she helps clients communicate and coordinate with other outside co-counsel to ensure that client representatives speak with one voice as to records management conduct in meet-and-confers and formal discovery responses. Jessica also helps develop standard protocols and procedures that provide a solid record of repeatable, systematic compliance.
Jessica is skilled at helping firm clients prepare for and react to litigation, investigation or regulatory events quickly and efficiently, and to reduce risk and cost through the application of repeatable and defensible processes. Jessica assists with preparation of corporate records management and technology representatives for 30(b)(6) depositions. And Jessica works in tandem with firm attorneys to help clients reduce legal risk, contain costs and ensure compliance with e-discovery, records management and data privacy challenges.
Prior to joining Daley & Fey, Jessica was a paralegal with Redgrave Daley Ragan & Wagner LLP.
